When I first started training with Craig I was a pretty clean slate. My fitness level was minimal and I needed a trainer that would push me in ways I couldn’t push myself. His customized approach to my fitness program helped me reach goals and transform myself in ways that surpassed just physical benefits. Craig’s years of experience coupled with his passion for health and fitness was the perfect match for me – the results were invaluable.
Our sessions were dynamic and included lots of unconventional activities. Craig provided variety in our sessions in terms of location (beaches, mountains and empty parking lots), equipment (from boxing gloves to park benches) and style. The hour that I spent with Craig, 3 times a week, was supplemented with nutrition coaching and goals for activities that I could do in my own time. With support from Craig I competed in a number of timed races including my first 10km run. On day one I couldn’t even hold a plank. Later that year I completed a 10km run in 56 minutes!
