Personal Trainer & Kinesiologist


With 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Craig offers a diverse background and breadth of experience in personal training and rehabilitation. He is educated in injury rehabilitation protocols and exercise prescription guidelines for a variety of conditions. He has worked extensively with individuals with musculolskeletal injuries and health concerns in hospitals, physiotherapy clinics and community rehabilitation settings. Craig has also worked with elite athletes and celebrities to help them meet their fitness and performance goals.

Craig has been involved in sports and fitness for his whole life. He enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding and playing soccer in his spare time.

Craig can help you to achieve your health and fitness goals.  He will meet with you to discuss your health needs and concerns, your fitness interests and experiences, and work with you to create a plan guiding you through your specific journey.  Whether it’s weight-loss, strenght building, rehabilitation, sport specific training, Craig will help you to get wherever it is that you want to go.
